The rooms were comfy and fairly quiet with facilities you need. The bed was extremely comfy, my stay lasted for 1 night. The location was good as for me, short walk to a train station, downtown San Jose, and bars.

There were a nice size, quiet rooms with wood paneling. The hotel was in a quiet and excellent location adjacent to downtown San Jose and the light rail and nice area for what we wanted it for. Furthermore, close to stores.

The time I spent there was comfortable. All the staff was really kind, fixed my issues. The hotel had a favourable position, close to tram stop. What's more, it was just off the San Jose airport, California and a train station.

The staff was very very helpful in any situation. The standard queen room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was a nice size and cheap for the value.
We needed to have wifi, but they didn't have it.

Had great 1 night in this hotel that's why I enjoyed that. The location was good and excellent for me as it was next to outlets, the light rail and downtown San Jose. Also, San Jose City Airport was easy to get to.
